About introduction of amendments to article 134 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (5) article 134 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (2014, 634), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 319-324, in the following edition:

"(5) Graduates of organizations of the highest and vocational training of the republic according to accredited programs of the general direction of preparation in the field of Pedagogical sciences or equivalent area which studied at places with financing from the government budget or with training payment, irrespective of form of education and also graduates of appropriate programs of the foreign educational institutions accredited according to the law including graduates who combined training with pedagogical activities, and then were employed in educational institutions on distribution of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches, within the first three years of pedagogical activities from the moment of distribution receive for the account of means of the government budget in the procedure for benefit established by the Government, paid through budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level and the budget of ATO Gagauzia.".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in six-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it and to develop the regulations necessary for application of this law.
