About modification of some regulations

Art. I. - In paragraph six of article 8 of the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes, the first offer to state in the following edition:

"Certification and breastplates is made by means of military administrative authorities according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Defence.".

Art. II. - In article 18 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"(2-3) Spouses and children of participants of World War II or fighting in peace time from among the military personnel who died in case of execution of military duty, and also the spouse and children of the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war, have the right to providing once in three years with sanatorium permits in the rehabilitation centers of the Ministry of Health, work and social protection and in other organizations of this kind on the conditions established by the Government.

(2-4) Children specified in part (2-3), keep the appropriate right before achievement of the 18 anniversary by them or before training completion if they are enlisted in educational institutions on full-time department, but 23 years are not more senior.

(2-5) Right to sanatorium treatment provided by part (2-3), the spouses who were married to the military personnel who died in case of execution of military duty or to the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war on the date of their death have.";

Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
