About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2 "About some questions of statistical declaration of goods" the following changes:

1.1. state the name in the following edition:

"About statistical declaration of goods";

1.2. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1. 1, subitems 1.4 and 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish form of external submission of the statistical declaration according to appendix.";

1.3. exclude Items 11 and 12;

1.4. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling and registration of the statistical declaration, modification of the registered statistical declaration, and also its cancellations it (is applied).";

1.5. in appendix 1 to this resolution:
