About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the organization and functioning of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 1-6, 18), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 29 to add 2) with Item f) the following content:
"f) be involved as the specialist in the criminal trials initiated based on the materials of Audit Chamber directed to criminal prosecution authorities.".
2. In the prolog of part (Article 32 of the word of "the regulating central bodies of the public power" shall be replaced with words 6) "National regulation agency in power".
Art. II. - Part (3) Article 90 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003 (repeated publication: 2013, Art. No. 248-251, 699), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 10) of the following content:
"10) the public auditor of Audit Chamber within the criminal procedures initiated based on materials of Audit Chamber. In such cases the public auditor is heard as the specialist.".
