RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2020 No. 36

Based on part one of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2020 "About introduction of restrictive action" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 208

1. "About implementation of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2020 No. 208" to state subitems 2.2 and 2.3 of Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2020 to No. 36 in the following edition:

"2.2. concerning persons specified in paragraph one of part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2020 to No. 171:

the established check points crossing Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in, the requirement about self-isolation is drawn up by the staff of bodies of the border service;

arriving from the territory of the Russian Federation through the Belarusian-Russian site of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus the requirement about self-isolation it is drawn up by the staff of law-enforcement bodies;

2.3. the requirement about self-isolation is drawn up in duplicate. One copy within a day is handed to person who is subject to self-isolation. The second copy of the requirement about self-isolation which is drawn up:

the officials specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item joins medical documentation of the out-patient and polyclinic organization of health care;

by the staff of bodies of the border service it is reported to the authorities and organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection when carrying out sanitary and quarantine control at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;

the staff of law-enforcement bodies remains in law-enforcement body by which authorized officer it is drawn up;".
