1. Recognize invalid some joint orders and resolutions and structural elements of some joint orders and resolutions according to appendix to this joint order and the resolution.
2. To provide to department of methodology and regulation of the financial organizations of the Agency in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department of the Agency state registration of the presents of the joint order and resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of the presents of the joint order and resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency after their official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of the presents of the joint order and the resolution submission to Legal department of the Agency of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and Item 3 of these joint order and resolution.
3. To provide to management of the international relations and external communications of the Agency within ten calendar days after state registration of the presents of the joint order and the resolution the direction of their copies on official publication in periodic printing editions.
4. To assign control of execution of the presents of the joint order and resolution to the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency.
