About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. add Item 1 with subitem 1.8 of the following content:
"1.8. the description of the warning sign designating the place of entrance (entrance) to borderland and departure (exit) from borderland, and form of its image (are attached).";
1.2. in Regulations on the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in paragraph four of part one of item 4 of the word of "managements of the State boundary committee" shall be replaced with words "head departments (managements) of the State boundary committee";
in Item 6 part two:
