About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2010 No. 1592 and of June 14, 2016 No. 458
Based on Article part four 61, No. 1982-XII "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts seven of article 15-2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2010 No. 1592 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting public environmental assessment":
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 1982-XII";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on the procedure for conducting public environmental assessment approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
in paragraph one:
words of "year" about the state environmental assessment, strategic ecological assessment and environmental impact assessment" (National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.07. 2/2397)" shall be replaced with words 2016, "No. 399-Z "About the state environmental assessment, strategic ecological assessment and environmental impact assessment";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"public environmental assessment - establishment of compliance or discrepancy of the town-planning, preproject (pre-investment), project documentation (further, unless otherwise specified, - the project documentation) to requirements of the legislation on environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, and the project decisions containing in preproject (pre-investment) documentation, town-planning projects - to regulations of town-planning development and use of the territories.";
