About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made.

2. To provide to department of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 11, 2014 No. 16-07/296 "About approval of Rules of conducting diagnostic testings" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 9578, it is published on October 1, 2014 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 191 (27812)):

4) compliance of biological and pathological material for diagnostic testings to Rules of selection;";

"11. In case of acceptance of biological and pathological material for diagnostic testing, except as specified discrepancies to the subitem 2) of Item 9 of these rules, the staff of veterinary laboratory performing acceptance of biological and pathological material for diagnostic testing in duplicate draws up the delivery-acceptance certificate of biological and pathological material in form according to appendix 2 to these rules.

In case of discrepancy to the subitem 2) of Item 9 of these rules the delivery-acceptance certificate of biological and pathological material is constituted within five working days after receipt of test of biological and pathological material from other livestock of animals (herd, herd, flock, business entity and other groups of animals).

In case of not the direction (non-presentation) within five working days of tests of biological material from other livestock of animals (herd, herd, flock, business entity and other groups of animals) in case of discrepancy to the subitem 2) of Item 9 of these rules, the veterinary laboratory after the specified term utilizes tests of biological and pathological material with participation of the state veterinary health inspector who signed the inventory of sampling of blood which by results of utilization of tests signs the relevant statement of utilization of tests of blood which is drawn up in any form.

In case of not the direction (non-presentation) within five working days of tests instead of tests of biological and pathological material not corresponding to the subitem 4) of Item 8 of these rules, the veterinary laboratory after the specified term informs terpodrazdeleniye.
