About introduction of amendments to articles 9 and 10 of the Federal law "About Counteraction of Extremist Activities"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 114-FZ "About counteraction of extremist activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3031; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4008; 2008, No. 18, Art. 1939; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3385; No. 30, Art. 4237) following changes:

1) in Article 9:

a) in part six of the word "on the websites of the federal executive bodies performing functions in the field of registration of public and religious associations, other organizations" shall be replaced with words "on the website of federal body of state registration";

b) add with part seven of the following content:

"Or you will lock procedure for maintaining the list of public and religious associations, other organizations concerning which the judgment about liquidation took legal effect activities for the bases provided by this Federal Law, it is established by federal body of state registration.";

2) in Article 10:

a) in word part six "the executive authority, performing functions in the field of registration of public and religious associations" shall be replaced with words "state registration";

b) add with parts seven and the eighth the following content:

"The copy of the decision on suspension of operations of public or religious association, the copy of the judgment which took legal effect about grievance settlement of public or religious association on the decision on suspension of its activities and the copy of the judgment which took legal effect about liquidation or you will lock activities of public or religious association for the bases provided by this Federal Law, go the corresponding official or body to federal body of state registration in three-day time from the date of acceptance or the introduction in legal force of the relevant decision.
