Changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2009 No. 2314 "About approval of Rules of provision of the housing help" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 5, the Art. 60):

"1) share of maximum-permissible expenses – the relation of the maximum-permissible expense level of needy family (citizen) in month on management of object of condominium and content of common property of object of condominium, including on capital repairs of common property of object of condominium, consumption of utilities and communication services regarding increase in subscriber fee for phone connected to network of telecommunications, use of the dwelling from the state housing stock and the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock to comprehensive income of needy family (citizen) as a percentage;

2) comprehensive income of needy family (citizen) – the total amount of the income of family (citizen) in the quarter preceding quarter of the request for purpose of the housing help;";
