About measures for enhancement of system of involvement of youth to science and support of its initiatives
In recent years in the republic practical work on support of scientific and innovative activities, reforming of system of training is carried out, special attention is paid to creation of necessary conditions for achievement of considerable results by gifted youth in the prestigious national and international Olympic Games, competitions and tenders.
Necessary conditions for realization of creative, intellectual and entrepreneurial potential of youth, implementation in production of her innovative ideas, projects and technologies, stimulations of innovative activities of gifted students, young scientists and entrepreneurs, strengthenings of integration of science, education and production are created.
At the same time for increase in efficiency of the carried-out work on system involvement of gifted youth to innovative entrepreneurship it is required, in particular:
creation of single system for interaction of gifted youth with business people and the leading scientists and providing on this basis of succession of system of preparation of young personnel in the field of science;
creation of platforms for implementation of high technologies in production and involvement of youth to scientific research, and also implementation of scientific and technical and innovative projects.
For the purpose of further activation of activities for support of initiatives of gifted youth, providing competitiveness of domestic science at the international level, strengthenings of capacity of the operating schools of sciences, and also development of their innovative potential:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of innovative development, Academy of Sciences, Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Union of youth of Uzbekistan about:
creation of Academy of youth under the Ministry of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Academy of youth) without the status of the legal entity;
