Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Storage precautions of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2009 No. 1148 "About procedure for storage of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 4, Art. 394; 2011, No. 18, Art. 2649; No. 51, Art. 7534; 2012, No. 37, Art. 5002; 2013, No. 8, Art. 831; 2014, No. 15, Art. 1752; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4837; 2017, No. 2, Art. 373; No. 47, Art. 6989).

1. In item 4:
a) in paragraph one of the word "on 4 categories" shall be replaced with words "on 5 categories";
b) in paragraph four of the word "or separate divisions of the medical organizations" to exclude;
c) after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Belong to the 5th category intended for storage of monthly inventory of narcotic medicines and psychotropic medicines of the premises of separate divisions of the medical organizations making leave of the specified medicines to physical persons according to Item 1 of article 25 of the Federal law "About Drugs and Psychotropic Substances".".
