According to part 21 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2020" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the list of materials for production of disinfectants, medicines and protective clothes, and also the equipment, tools, the equipment for the medical laboratories and materials necessary for determination of infectious disease of COVID-19, exempted when importing from payment, the value added tax, excises and customs duties according to appendix.

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan timely to provide to Customs Service carrying out customs procedures of the goods imported according to the specified list.
