1. In Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the assignment to the staff of investigative divisions of law-enforcement bodies of special qualification categories with payment of additional allowances approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 727 of September 15, 2017 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 9, of the Art. 208), the words "Investigative Department under Management of Ensuring Public Safety on Transport" shall be replaced with words "Department of coordination of investigative activities of Head department of safety on transport", and also "departments of ensuring public safety on transport" shall be replaced with words words "managements (departments) of safety on transport".

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
