Questions of some republican state companies of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of general genetics and cytology" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The central laboratory of biocontrol, certification and preclinical testing" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of human physiology and animals" Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. After execution of actions, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution to rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of general genetics and cytology" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of genetics and physiology" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

3. The main object of activity of the company to determine implementation of activities in the field of scientific research, commercializations of results of scientific activities.

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan corresponding changes in the charter of the company;

2) to provide the state re-registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.
