Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on establishment and change of borders of the subsoil plots provided in the use approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2012 No. 429 "About approval of the Regulations on establishment and change of borders of the subsoil plots provided in use" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 19, Art. 2445; 2017, No. 22, Art. 3153).

2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled by Federal Agency for Subsoil Management and its territorial authorities in the limits set by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation of number and salary fund of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management, and also the budgetary appropriations provided to the Agency in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
