About introduction of amendments to the Code of gas-transport system and the Code of gas storages
According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 for No. 1378/27823, the following changes:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Customers of transportation services shall settle the not balances timely. The operator of gas-transport system makes the balancing actions only for the purpose of maintenance of regular level of functioning of gas-transport system in case of non-compliance with transportation services by customers of the confirmed nominations / реноминаций. When implementing such actions the operator of gas-transport system is forbidden to use own natural gas from gas storage.";

in subitem 1 of the word "on competitive procedure and for market prices" shall be replaced with words "uses of services of balancing";

"4. The operator of gas-transport system has the right to use capacities of gas storages (downloading and selection) according to terms of the contract of storage (downloading, selection) natural gas for covering of production and technological losses and consumption of natural gas in gas-transport system.";
