1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Establish till March 1, 2021 transition period during which federal state budgetary institution "The All-Russian center of medicine of catastrophic crashes "Protection" of Federal Medical Biological Agency performs the functions and powers provided by the Regulations on the All-Russian service of medicine of catastrophic crashes approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2013 No. 734 "About approval of the Regulations on the All-Russian service of medicine of catastrophic crashes".
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Federal Medical Biological Agency to approve temporary procedure for accomplishment by the organization specified in Item 2 of this resolution, functions and tasks of body of the daily management of the All-Russian service of medicine of catastrophic crashes, and also tasks of the All-Russian service of medicine of catastrophic crashes, stipulated in Item 3 Provisions on the All-Russian service of medicine of catastrophic crashes approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2013 No. 734 "About approval of the Regulations on the All-Russian service of medicine of catastrophic crashes".
4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 3, 1994 No. 420 "About protection of life and health of the population of the Russian Federation in case of origin and mitigation of consequences of the emergency situations caused by natural disasters, accidents and catastrophic crashes".
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
