About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather consumer crediting and forming and the address of credit stories

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 32, Art. 421; 2009, No. 29, Art. 394; 2012, No. 7, Art. 53; 2019, No. 44, Art. 277, No. 46, Art. 299):

The paragraph the eleventh Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"the subject of credit history - any legal entity or physical person which addressed the User for the purpose of the conclusion of the credit agreement or already signed the credit agreement and concerning which credit history is created";

Part one of Article 6 to add 2) with the words "and also persons who acquired the right to claim according to the credit agreement";

3) in Article 9:

the second to add part with the paragraph the fourth such content:

"Concerning credit agreements on which operation of the Law of Ukraine "On consumer crediting" expatiates the User transfers information to Bureau no later than two working days from the date of the conclusion of the credit agreement or change of information on the subject of the credit history determined by Items 1 and 2 of part one of article 7 of this Law";
