About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Bankruptcy"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 3 of the Law of December 25, 2006 No. ZR-51 "About bankruptcy" (further - the Law):

The word "thousandfold" to replace 2) in the subitem "g" of Item 1 with the word "two-thousandfold";

Article 5. Final part and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.

2. Provisions of this Law extend only to those announcements of bankruptcy which are submitted after entry into force of this Law, and the applications submitted before entry into force of this Law are considered, and the issue of recognition by the bankrupt is resolved according to provisions of the Law "About Bankruptcy" in the edition operating before entry into force of this Law.
