1. In Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies approved by the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition of October 6, 2010 No. 14 (рег. No. 2147 of October 11, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, Art. No. 40-41, 357), words "The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition" shall be replaced with words "The Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
