"3. The local government officer who is the head of local government body, the office of the electoral commission of the municipality, the deputy of the specified local government officer for the purpose of exception of conflict of interest cannot represent the interests of local government officers in elected trade-union body of this local government body, the office of the electoral commission of the municipality during substitution of the corresponding position by them.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
