Article 1

Bring in article 5 of the Federal Law of June 26, 2008 No. 102-FZ "About ensuring unity of measurements" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 26, Art. 3021; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3366; No. 30, Art. 4255) following changes:

The federal executive bodies and the state corporations performing normative legal regulation in the spheres of activity specified in Items 4, 10 and 18 parts 3 of article 1 of this Federal Law in coordination with the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of ensuring unity of measurements determine the measurements relating to the sphere of state regulation of ensuring unity of measurements and establish to them mandatory metrological requirements, including indicators of accuracy of measurements.";

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
