About modification of Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine

1. Bring in Chapter 1 of the Section III of Rules of state registration of the acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 for No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5), the following changes:

"2. The bases for carrying out state registration of the birth is one of documents:
a) the medical certificate about the birth created in the Register of medical certificates of electronic health care system according to the Procedure for forming and issue of medical certificates about the birth in the Register of medical certificates of electronic health care system approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 18, 2020 No. 2136, No. 953/35236 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2020.
