About modification of the Technique of determination of starting price of sale at auction of special permission to mineral right

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the Technique of determination of starting price of sale at auction of special permission to mineral right approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 15, 2004 No. 1374 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 42, Art. 2772; 2006, No. 45, Art. 3014; 2008, No. 50, Art. 1633; 2011, to No. 67, the Art. 2572), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to public service of geology and subsoil, the State Tax Administration quarterly exchange of information, necessary for measure calculation, applied to determination of starting price of sale at auction of special permission to mineral right.

Technique of determination of starting price of sale at auction of special permission to mineral right

1. The technique determines the mechanism of calculation of starting price of sale at auction of special permissions to use of natural resources (further - starting price of permission) within the territory of Ukraine, its continental shelf and exclusive (sea) economic zone, except cases, stipulated by the legislation.

Depending on cases of provision of special permissions to use of natural resources (further - permission) the starting price of permission determined by this Technique has such value:

in case of provision of permission by holding the auction - the permission price with which the electronic biddings selling permissions begin;

in case of provision of permission without holding the auction - the amount of collection which is levied for receipt of permission.
