About introduction of amendments to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" concerning implementation of electronic retail trade by medicines

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 22, Art. 86; 2006, No. 22, Art. 184; 2012, No. 30, Art. 348; 2020, No. 16, Art. 101) following changes:

state part one in the following edition:

"Wholesale, retail trade by medicines in the territory of Ukraine is performed by subjects of managing based on the license which is granted according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

after part three to add with eight new parts of such content:

"The subject of managing which has the license for implementation of economic activity on retail trade by medicines can perform retail trade by medicines with use of information and communication systems by remote method (electronic retail trade by medicines), and also to perform delivery of medicines to the final consumer on condition of accomplishment of such requirements:

information on the right of the subject of managing which has the license for implementation of economic activity on retail trade by medicines, to perform electronic retail trade by medicines shall contain in the Licensed register on production of medicines (in the conditions of drugstore), wholesale and retail trade by medicines of body of licensing;
