About modification of appendix to the Procedure for determination of regulatory base of assets of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry

According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" and "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Make changes to appendices to the Procedure for determination of regulatory base of assets of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power of July 11, 2013 No. 899, having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.

Appendix

to the Procedure for determination of regulatory base of assets of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry (Item 3. 4)
