About modification of the Regulations on certification of specialists in questions of the stock market

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of September 12, 2019 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of functions on state regulation of the markets of financial services" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 79-IX:

1. Bring in the Regulations on certification of specialists in questions of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 13, 2013 No. 1464, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1572/24104 (further - the Provision 1464), the following changes:

1) in item 4 of the Section I:

add subitem 3 with the following words "(asset management)";

state subitem 6 in the following edition:

"6) asset management of institutional investors (activities for management of mortgage covering);";

add Item with new subitems 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7) administration of non-state pension funds;

8) property management for financing of construction objects and/or implementation of real estate transactions.";

Appendix 1 to be reworded as follows 2) it (is applied).
