For the purpose of stabilization of social and political, epidemiological and related economic country situation, increase in level of credibility of the population to elective process, due to the need of accounting of opinions of the widest sectors of society and carrying out the constitutional reform providing introduction of amendments to the existing Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic to suspend articles 38 and 63 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About election of the president of the Kyrgyz Republic and deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 2, 2011 No. 68.

Article 2.

Due to the recognition of the elections of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic held on October 4, 2020 invalid repeated elections or new elections of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh appear according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, but no later than June 1, 2021.

Article 3.

1. This constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of official publication and is effective before completion of the constitutional reform.

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this constitutional Law;

- take the necessary measures following from this constitutional Law.
