About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2015 No. 39

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2015 No. 39 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of keeping of persons placed in specialized isolation centers of law-enforcement bodies" the following changes:

1.1. state the name in the following edition:

"About procedure and conditions of keeping of persons placed in specialized isolation centers of law-enforcement bodies";

1.2. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Organizations Which Are a Part of the System of Law-enforcement Bodies";

1.3. in Item 1:

1.4. in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of keeping of persons placed in specialized isolation centers of law-enforcement bodies approved by this resolution:

to exclude from Item 5 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
