Article 1. To state article 137.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 137.1. Non-execution of the main requirements of implementation of regular interstate passenger traffic by road transport

2. Implementation of cabotage transportations in the territory of the Republic of Armenia the vehicle staying on the registry in other state (except as specified, established by international agreements), or with violation of the requirements established by international agreements:
attracts infliction of penalty in four hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Implementation of regular interstate passenger traffic in the Republic of Armenia the vehicles which are not equipped with the digital tachograph:
attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Implementation of regular interstate passenger traffic in the Republic of Armenia the vehicles equipped with the digital tachograph without card of the digital tachograph or with not established map of the digital tachograph:
attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
5. Implementation of regular interstate passenger traffic in the Republic of Armenia vehicles with defect of the digital tachograph or with the switched-off digital tachograph:
attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
