The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.

2. Item of 8 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 No. 507 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 34, the Art. 505).

3. Item of 6 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, No. 353 "Some questions of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 16, 2016 (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 36, by the Art. 209).
