About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012:

in Item 20.1:

in subitem 20.1.9:

add the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" with the words "and products on their basis";

to add the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

"the copy of the agreement (contract) of delivery of goods, the copy of the certificate of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of explosives and products on their basis" (TR CU 028/2012)";
