About modification of the Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and calculation of help value of hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar and book price of bank metals

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 36, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of approach of process of determination of calculation and promulgation of indicators of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine to the best international practicians the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and calculation of help value of hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar and book price of bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 10, 2019 No. 148 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section I:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. In this Provision terms are used in such values:

1) quotations of BFIX - value of the weighted average course/price quotations of BGN (Bloomberg Generic Price) of foreign currencies / bank metals in the market the spot to US dollar (or US dollar to foreign currencies of bank metals) which daily are calculated trade and information system of BLOOMBERG (further - TIC BLOOMBERG) as of 15:30 on the Kiev time and information on which arrives in National Bank from TIC BLOOMBERG with use of special solutions of data transmission;

2) oversight of indicators of the foreign exchange market - activities of National Bank for ensuring continuous, reliable and effective determination, calculation and promulgation of the indicators determined in item 4 of this provision. The oversight of indicators of the foreign exchange market assumes implementation of monitoring, the analysis and decision making concerning any questions connected with their determination, calculation and the publication.";
