About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Articles 307.1-307.4 of the following content:
"Article 307.1. Violation of the actions and temporary restrictions operating in the period of legal regime of warlike situation

it is punished by imprisonment no more than six years.
Article 307.3. Continuation of implementation of the economic activity suspended as a result of abuse of regulations of legal regime of warlike situation
1. Continuation of implementation of the economic activity suspended as a result of abuse of regulations of legal regime of warlike situation:
it is punished by imprisonment no more than three years.
Article 307.4. Abuse of regulations of publication or distribution of data in the period of legal regime of warlike situation
1. Abuse of regulations of publication or distribution of data in the period of legal regime of warlike situation which caused essential damage to the rights or legitimate interests of persons or the organizations or to legitimate interests of society or state:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of two-thousandfold to the three-thousandfold size of minimum wage or imprisonment no more than two years.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective right after its official publication.
