Article 1. 1) in Article 248:

in word part one "Article 56-1" shall be replaced with words "Articles 54, 56-1";

in part two:

in Item 2 of the word "Article 56-1" shall be replaced with words "Articles 54, 56-1";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) chiefs and deputy chiefs of divisions at railway stations and at the airports - for administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 54 of this Code, chiefs and deputy chiefs of divisions at railway stations and at the airports, departments (managements) of migration and registration of nationality of law-enforcement bodies - for the administrative offenses provided by parts one - the fifth article 225 of this Code";

in item 4 of the word "Articles 56-1" shall be replaced with words "Articles 54, 561";

in Item 5 of the word "Article 125" shall be replaced with words "Articles 54, of 123, 125";

add with part three of the following content:

"The staff of law-enforcement bodies specified in Items 2 - 7 parts two of this Article having the right to consider cases on administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 54 of this Code and to apply administrative punishments only on condition of introduction in the corresponding territories or objects of restrictive actions (quarantine) in connection with origin and distribution quarantine and other infections, dangerous to the person";

2) in Article 291:

in the subitem "an" of part one of the word "Article 90-1" shall be replaced with words "Article 54 part two (regarding violation of restrictions for movement of vehicles), Article 90-1";

add with part two of the following content:

"When making by transport drivers of the administrative offenses provided by Article 54 part two (regarding violation of restrictions for movement of vehicles) of this Code, in the conditions of introduction in the corresponding territories or objects of restrictive actions (quarantine) in connection with origin and distribution quarantine and other infections, dangerous to the person, detention of vehicles is made by law-enforcement bodies before consideration of the case about administrative offense";

second and third to consider parts respectively parts three and the fourth.

Article 2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments execution, bringing to contractors and explanation among the population of essence and value of this Law.

Article 3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
