Approve the enclosed list of services approved with the Central bank of the Russian Federation when which rendering residents have the right not to enlist on the bank accounts in authorized banks foreign currency or currency of the Russian Federation in case of carrying out offsetting of demands in reconvention according to the obligations following from prisoners between residents and nonresidents of agreements in foreign trade (contracts) which conditions provide rendering services to nonresidents.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
