According to part three of Article 330 of the Customs code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. In Item 2.2 of the Section II of the Procedure for the creation of customs control zones approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 22, 2012 No. 583, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2012 for No. 879/21191, the word "stays" to replace with the word "placements".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
