About use of extrabudgetary funds

Based on part two of Item 3 of Article 79 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for forming of extrabudgetary funds, implementation of the expenses connected with the activities which are bringing in incomes, the directions and procedure for use of means, being at the command state-financed organization, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2013 No. 641, the following changes:

to add subitem 7.1 of Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"in income type on bonds;";

state Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. Extrabudgetary funds regarding the amounts of excess of the income over expenses, being at the command state-financed organization, are used for:

purchases of goods (works, services) for ensuring functioning of state-financed organizations;

acquisitions, constructions (reconstruction) of apartment houses (apartments), reconstruction of capital structures (buildings, constructions) under premises for the purpose of provision to their employees of state-financed organizations for a fee in temporary ownership and use according to the legislation;

implementation of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities;

compensations of the workers performing the activities which are bringing in incomes which had fulfilled days in the mode of part-time at the initiative of the employer, and also days of idle time not because of the worker, implementation of the current expenses on content of property which are subject to payment for the account of extrabudgetary funds from April 1 till December 31, 2020;

additional awarding of workers;

encouragement of the military personnel and rendering financial support by the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure;
