Changes which are made to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2020 No. 198n "About temporary procedure for the organization of work of the medical organizations for the purpose of implementation of measures for prevention and decrease in risks of spread of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19"

1. 3, subitems 3.1 - 3.5 appendices No. 8 to state Item in the following edition:

"3. Medical care can be provided to the patient with positive test result on COVID-19 at home in case of observance of at the same time following conditions:

a) the patient does not live in the hostel, the communal flat, with persons 65 years, with persons having chronic diseases of bronchopulmonary, cardiovascular and endocrine system are more senior;

b) the patient has opportunity to be in the certain room;

c) observance by the patient of medical appointments and sanitary instructions during all term of treatment.

3.1. The patient with positive test result is recommended to appoint treatment taking into account temporary methodical recommendations to COVID-19 "Prevention, diagnostics and treatment of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19)".
