About entering of amendments into the Law "About Licensing"

Article 1. In article 36 of the Law of May 30, 2001 No. ZR-193 "About licensing" (further - the Law):

Part 1 to add 1) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) in case of not elimination of the corresponding violation within 30 days after involvement of licensed person to the responsibility provided by the law;";

Part 2 after the word "3" to add 2) with the word "3.1";

Part 8 after the word "3" to add 3) with the word "3.1".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2021.
