About recognition voided some administrative acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 06, 2009 No. 461 "About measures concerning ensuring repayment of the credits";
2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 21, 2015 No. 467 "About approval of Methodical recommendations concerning work of banks with debtors - physical persons which arose/can have financial difficulties".
2. To management of consumer protection of financial services (Olga Lobaychuk) to inform banks contents of this decision for use in work.
3. The decision becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
