About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About migratory service"

Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About migratory service", adopted on November 21, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 4, the Art. 79, 2013, No. 2, Art. 46; 2016, No. 3, Art. 121; 2018, No. 2, Art. 58, No. 4, Art. 101; 2019, No. 4, Art. of Art. 79 and 97; 2020, No. 1, Art. 10) following changes and amendments:

Introductory part to state 1) in the following edition:

"This Law determines legal, organizational bases and the principles of activities of migratory service, establishes its tasks, the rights and obligations, and also guarantee of legal and social protection of staff of bodies of migratory service.";

Article 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 1. Public migratory service of Turkmenistan

The public migratory service of Turkmenistan (further - migratory service) is the central executive body providing regulation of migratory system of Turkmenistan, realization of state policy in the field of migration, observance of international treaties of Turkmenistan concerning migration.";

3) in part one of Article 3 of the word "migratsionno-control posts at check-points of Frontier of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "migratory posts of check points on Frontier of Turkmenistan";

4) in Article 6:
