About modification and amendments in the Electoral code of Turkmenistan

Bring in the Electoral code of Turkmenistan approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of May 4, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 2, Art. 25; 2014, No. 3, Art. 116; 2016, No. 4, Art. 145; 2017, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 4, Art. 180; 2018, No. 2, Art. 43, No. 4, Art. 112), following changes and amendments:

1) in introductory part of the word "deputies of Majlis of Turkmenistan, members Hulk of maslakhata" shall be replaced with words "members of Hulk Maslakhata and deputies of Majlis Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, members Hulk of maslakhata of the welayat, the city with the rights of the welayat, etrap, city with the etrap rights";

2) in Article 1:

in part one:
