In this case annual general meeting of copartners on the questions specified in the charter of partnership is held without their prior notice. In case of holding annual general meeting of copartners in the specified day on other questions provided by part of 1 this Article, copartners, and also persons specified regarding 1 article 5 of this Federal Law (in case of inclusion in the agenda of such general meeting of copartners of the questions specified in part 16 of this Article), shall be informed on the list of the questions included in the agenda of such general meeting of copartners, according to the procedure, provided by parts 13 - the 17th this Article.".
