Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 40, Art. 3822; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6236; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7039; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3371; 2015, No. 6, Art. 886; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7560; 2018, No. 17, Art. 2432; 2019, No. 18, Art. 2211; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4762) following changes:

1) paragraph one of part 3 of article 25 after the word of "citizens" to add with words ", except for case, stipulated in Item 4.3 parts 1 of article 25.1 of this Federal Law,";

2) in Article 25.1:

a) add part 1 with Item 4.3 of the following content:

"4. 3) according to the law of the subject of the Russian Federation on part of the territory of the settlement which is part of the settlement, intracity area, the intracity territory of the federal city, municipal district, city district or located in the mezhselenny territory in borders of the municipal district concerning introduction and use of means of self-taxation of citizens on this part of the territory of the settlement;";

b) add with part 1.2 following of content:
