About modification of the Procedure for appointment and release of the tax managing director with determination of its functions and powers

According to Articles 89, of 91, of 92, of the 95th Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment and release of the tax managing director with determination of its functions and powers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 25, 2017 No. 529, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2017 for No. 786/30654, the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

after Item 3 to add with new item 4 of the following content:

"4. Implementation of financial analysis of the taxpayer which has tax debt, and conditions of providing such debt with tax pledge.".

With respect thereto items 4 - 19 to consider respectively Items 5 - 20;

add with Item of 21 following contents:

"21. Implementation of other functions determined by the law.";

2) in the Section IV:

in the name after words of "administrative detention of property" to add with words "the taxpayer who has tax debt";

in Item 1 after words of "taxpayer" to add with words "(in case of availability at such payer of tax debt)";

in Item 2:
