About modification of the Regulations on provision/suspension of the status of insured person in system of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1246/2018

Based on parts (4) and (9) article 4 of the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on provision/suspension of the status of insured person in system of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1246/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 512, of the Art. 1342), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To add 1) with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1. For the parent, including reception which properly raises and brings up four and more children, for the period when at least one of children did not reach 18 years, NKMS provides/stops the status of person insured by the Government based on the statement and the following supporting documents provided by physical person:

1) certificates of birth of children;

2) certificates on scrap/termination of scrap/death, on circumstances;

3) certificates on family composition;

4) the signed declaration under own responsibility which the physical person confirms the fact that it is not deprived of the parent rights adoption of children or that children are not on content of educational institutions and organizations of the medical public assistance, according to the sample approved by NKMS was not stopped.

NKMS shall inform the physical person on the happened changes in the relation of the above-stated documents which formed the basis for provision of the status of insured person.";
