to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic - from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022 inclusive;

to the Republic of Armenia, to the Republic of Belarus and to the Russian Federation - from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 10, 2020 No. 97 till December 31, 2022 inclusive;".
